q: how can recognize 32 bit value of unicode character if chinese, korean or japanese character?

their argument characters regardless of shape have same meaning , therefore should represented same code. well, it's not meaningless me because analyzing individual characters doesn't work solution:
a better solution @ text whole: if there's fair amount of kana, it's japanese, , if there's fair amount of hangul, it's korean.
as think you've discovered, can't. simplified , traditional 2 styles of writing same characters - it's difference between roman , gothic script european languages.
