reflection - I want to be able to print stack traces java style in c -

simple question, want able print stack traces java style in c. have signal handlers set , stack trace addresses want translate addresses function names. therefore, decided implement reflection. right have tables follows: {"foo", &foo, "bar", &bar}. while solution works platforms, annoying keep date. there way (one wouldnt require manual upkeep?)

there example page, make sure compile -rdynamic flag otherwise backtrack of addresses instead of function names :)
