c# - Usage of Server Side Controls in MVC Frame work -

i using asp.net 4.0 , mvc 2.0 web application. project requiremrnt have use server side control in application not possibl in noraml case. ideally want use adrotator control , datalist control. i saw few samples , references in codepleax mvc controllib howwver found less useful. can tell how utilize theese controls in asp.net application along mvc. note: please provide functionalities related adrotator , datalist controls not equivalent functionalities thanks in advace. mvc pages not use normal .net solution makes use of normal .net components impossible. a normal .net page use event driven solution call different methods service side mvc use actions , view completly different way handle things. also, mvc not use viewstate normal .net controlls require. found article discussing mixing of normal .net , mvc.

php - Storing a multidimensional array as an object variable, adding additional keys to the array -

so have multidimensional array stored in object. want add additional keys array.

here's have:

$object->pathsarray = array(     "key1" => array('path' => '/some/path/to/some/file.php', 'action' => 'index'),     "key2" => array('path' => '/some/path/to/some/class.php', 'action' => 'method2') );

and here's assumed work did not:

$object->pathsarray['key3'] = array('path' => '/some/path/to/some/method/or/script.php', 'action' => 'method3');

my first workaround:

$newpathsarray = array("key3" => array('path' => '/some/path/to/some/method/or/script.php', 'action' => 'method3'));    $object->pathsarray = array_merge($object->pathsarray, $newpathsarray);

another workaround should work:

$temppathsarray = $object->pathsarray; $temppathsarray['key3'] = array('path' => '/some/path/to/some/method/or/script.php', 'action' => 'method3'); $object->pathsarray = $temppathsarray;

so question: there simpler syntax (ie: 1 line solution) or forced bring in temp. variable, append merge/re-assign value object?

sorry write answer, i'm not able comment. think it's not correct make attribute public use way. correct thing should make setter fill it, not modifying class design that.
